What we collect

JOY Events B.V. and Julian Fijma Music are based in the Netherlands and District Eight Event Promoters Limited is based in Ireland, and some of our providers (for example Meta) may process data outside the UK. Transfers to the European Economic Area are covered by the UK's adequacy regulations. Elsewhere we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we continue to respect your choice.
